Pricing and Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, all payments are to be made via bank transfer or invoice. Payment terms will be stated clearly in writing prior to order confirmation.
We reserve the right to defer production or shipment until payment is received in full or as otherwise agreed.
All Goods remain property of HAYSTREAM LIMITED or our suppliers until full payment is received.
Delivery, Logistics & Lead Times
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by production schedules, third-party logistics, customs processes, or other circumstances outside our control.
Where HAYSTREAM LIMITED coordinates logistics, we do so in good faith and on behalf of the Client. Final delivery arrangements, risk, and responsibilities will be determined by written agreement for each project.
Risk & Liability
Risk in the Goods shall pass to the Client in accordance with the specific delivery or shipping terms agreed per project.
We will not be liable for delays, damages, or losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including manufacturing delays, freight disruptions, customs delays, natural events, or unforeseen operational interruptions.
Inspection & Acceptance
The Client is responsible for inspecting Goods upon delivery and reporting any issues promptly. If defects or damages occur during transport, responsibility will be determined in accordance with the agreed delivery terms.
We may assist in dispute resolution with manufacturers or logistics providers, but we do not guarantee replacements unless expressly agreed in writing.
Intellectual Property
All Website content, branding, text, and imagery are the property of HAYSTREAM LIMITED or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute such content without permission.
